Room was not clean. There was mould on ceiling above dining table and dirt and crumbs on kitchen floor between stove and cupboards. The carpet left my feet black after only a couple of minutes without my slides on.
Apparently we had one of the only two unfurnished rooms in the whole complex. Room 1503.
In the plus side the staff were fantastic and the location was close to everything.
Paradise Centre Apartments is our home away from home each year. We stay 2 months and can't say enough great things about the amenities and staff. Location in the heart of Surfers is perfect, apartments are well maintained, and staff are extremely friendly and responsive. Can't wait to return in 2024!

Apartment was spacious and very clean, beds were very comfortable. Very close to the beach and shops. Pool and spa were amazing and we used it everyday. Reception was helpful in helping us find our way to the theme parks. We will definitely be coming back for our next holiday.
Awesome place to stay with a family. Units are spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants and there are grocery stores nearby if you need supplies. Heated pool is great! We have stayed here in June and then September and both stays were excellent! Highly recommend.

I had all that I needed, kitchenware ,washing machine, dryer all the amenities shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash, moisturiser ( not those small teeny ones) they're full sized , smelt devine and wall mounted.
The apartment was perfect for us. The location was awesome with shops, beach, markets and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. We had great views of both beach and city. Staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.
